Purpose: Jesus of Nazareth
A Jewish man named Jesus lived and died in the first century. He was from Nazareth, Israel.
His story is recorded by four authors in four books compiled together in what is known as the four Gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. To learn about who He is, you must read these Gospels.
Our purpose as the Church is to spread the amazing news that Jesus Christ was the Son of God, that he lived and died to save humanity from the consequences of sin, and that by accepting His sacrifice, we can be saved from sin to live a free, joy-filled life and live eternally in Heaven with God.
